Shipping
We process and ship orders M-F and excepting major holidays, most orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day as received. A few of our products are drop shipped from other locations and delivery times for those vary. If your order is time critical, please check with us before ordering to inquire about delivery times. Phone: 1-800-469-7989 (within US) or 1-641-999-1225 or Email us
Occasionally, an out of stock product will be shipped some time after the initial order. This information will be noted on the product page.
Free Shipping Over $75
The majority of our products qualify for free shipping if the order will be delivered within the contiguous 48 US states and the single order total is over $75. Some products (such as grains and flours) do not qualify. Products that do not qualify for free shipping will not have the green Free Shipping truck (pictured below) on their respective product pages.
We determine the specific carrier and service for free shipping orders at the time of shipping depending on the weight, size, and destination for the order. We estimate a delivery range of 4-8 business days. In some cases it may be less, but only in rare cases should it be more.
If you place an order that is over $75 that includes some items that qualify for free shipping and some items that do not, you are only charged a shipping fee for the products that do not qualify for free shipping.
Calculating Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can be calculated prior to checkout without first having to enter any personal or financial information. Just click on the “View Cart” button and fill-in your country, state, and postal code in the shipping calculator.
The shipping rates you see in our shipping calculator are the exact rates we receive from the carrier. We have negotiated rates with some of our carriers and we pass those savings directly on to you.
International Orders
We are currently limiting sales to the USA and Canada. For standard shipping, you will have a choice of using the US Postal Service or UPS. You are responsible for paying whatever import duties, customs, or taxes that may be assessed by your country.
